PROLOGUE

THE CLASSIC HOME

Family was the basic unit of the classic society. As wife with docility and husband, rigidity formed the thesis and anti-thesis in the inherent traits, demanding the parts they were playing, they worked in perfect understanding of their duties, and so there surfaced commendable synthesis that exuded harmony and unity in the classic home. Women's intrinsic loveliness of chaste character pervaded the home throwing a halo round the male members of high integrity; so the home passed for Elysium for man's refuge. Oneness in thought and action among the members of the family prevailed and it was practised with steadfastness, rather can be said that the members vied with one another for the demonstration of those highly laudable principles. 

This classic home, as the primary unit of classic society took the primary responsibility of imparting to their progeny classic ideals of devotion to God; respect to the scriptures; reverence to the elders; cordiality to the fellowmen; kindness to the dumb; affection for the youngsters etc., all directed to create classic high deals. Parents were looked upon as earthly living deities and they lived for the creation of congenial conditions for the harmonious growth of mind and body, particularly SOUL. Separation from parents, or partition among brothers was unheard of. Restraint in thought and word was zealously safeguarded and so their action, commendable heightened the glory of the whole classic community. Weren't they brought up by ideal parents? Its aftermath, any need to add, was the emergence of a classic state.
