Tirukaarvanam  - Kalvar Perumal Temle

This is yet another holy kshetra among the Divya Tirupathis of Thonda Nadu lying in the same compound of Vulagalanda I'erumal temple in Kanchm·pulam. So, the Vulagalanda Perumal temple houses two in addition to its own Moolavar. In modern parlance, it ran be said to be a unique three in one great shrine of unprecedented fame. The Moolavar Kalvar Perumal is in standing posture, facing west. Ho blessed Mother Parvathi with the fulfillment of her desires when prayed here. The Goddess is called Kamalavalli Tayar. Pushkala Vimana adorns garbhagriha and the temple Pushkarini is called Gouri thataka. Though forming an integral part, it is conducting its own nithyanaimithika worship regularly according to agamic canons. Tilvmangai Alwar offered Mangalasasan to this Lord on his visit.
