Thinnanur - Bhaktavatsala Perumal 

This is one of the Tonda nadu Divya Desams dedicated to Bhaklavatsala Perumal. It is popular as Tirunindrapur. The Moolavar gave darsan to Varuna, the Rain-God and rowed him across the sea of hardships faced by him. He is in standing posture facing east. The Mother is called Ennaipetha Tayar and extremely merciful to her adorers. The garbha griha is adorned with Srinivasa Vimana and the temple tank is called Varuna pushkarini. Tiirumangai Alwar offered Mangalasasan. Nityanaimithika worship is offered with due veneration.

It is a rail head on Madras - Villupuram line commanding transport facilities. And boarding and lodging conveniences too.
