29. BAHULA BAHULA
DEVI MANDIR
The holy spot where Mother Sati's Vamabahu - left hand fell goes by the name of
Bahula and the Mother's icon worshipped here is called Bahula Devi and she is
popular as Chandika Devi also. The kshetrapalaka's name is Bhiruka.
It lies in Brahmagram near Katuwara station on Ahemdabad-Katuwara railway line,
accessible by bus.
30. CHATTALA - BHAVANI DEVI MANDIR
It
is here Mother Sati's dakshina hasta - right hand fell and the temple that came
up later is enshrined with the image of Bhavani devi. The name of the
kshetrapalaka is Chandrasekhar.
It lies
on the top of Chandrasekhar parvat near Sita kund railway station, 36 km off
Chatgaon in the state of West Bengal.
