39. SONA - NARMADA DEVI MANDIR

Mother Sati's dakshina nitamba - right buttock fell at a place called Sona and the deity installed is called Narmada. The sentinel's name is Bhadrasena.

It lies near Amarakantak, the origin of two rivers called Sona and Narmada. Some others attribute Dehari. So nothing can be given about the conveyance information on this Sakti-Peeth. Preside information eluded the grasp of even Sakteyas.

40. KAMAGIRI - KAMAKYA DEVI MANDIR
