This is the last of the six Vaishnavate temples situated in the vicinity of Sirkali. The Moolavar is in standing posture and facing east. The Sthalapurana narrates the episode of Rudra liberated with the abundant mercy of this lord. The Goddess is called Allimamalar Natchiyar. Daily puja is offered according to agamic tenets and the periodical festivals lure huge crowds. Tirumangai Alwar prayed to this Lord and offered Mangalasasan.
